These cakes are just under 4" in diameter, double layered and delicious! They have a 12 month shelf life naturally, so can be portioned up and enjoyed over the year, just store somewhere cool and dry (not in the fridge!).
Ingredients: Coconut, tapioca, vegetable glycerin, guar gum, carob, cranberry, spirulina and our signature recipe plant based, sugar free, natural icing. (we never use sugar, salt, chemicals, preservatives or animal products in any of our recipes!)
